Yes, that's just the milling size. Go and take granular sugar and grind it up with a mortar and pestle. It becomes super fluffy. That's the difference between granular sugar and powdered sugar. They are the same chemically. It's just milled finer. This also means that for a given weight that you want to achieve, you need more volume. Weight two grams of granular sugar, then weigh two grams of powdered sugar, and see how different the volume is. This is the exact reason why we do not include scoops for measuring, and try to discourage people from using them altogether. Scoops should be to transfer things to a scale, but nothing more than that. It being milled finer is also why the jar looks more full. The finer particle size takes up more space for the same weight. If you are measuring with a scoop, but not a scale, that's your answer right there.
That batch of phenibut is just as pure and potent as every batch we have ever sold. We go to great lengths to ensure that. Nothing will ever get out to customers unless it is analytically validated to the highest level. There are crazy phenibut stories going back decades about how one batch works and another isn't as good, from every vendor out there. I've even literally taken the same batch of granular phenibut, split it in half, then used a mortar and pestle to grind one down to a very fine powder. I then put them in different jars labeled A and B, and sent them to customers complaining. Sure enough, they said the fluffier one didn't work as well. It was the exact same batch... I've done this for adrafinil as well. That's one that gets the same reports of working/not working. That's one we are synthesizing ourselves now, and doing our own experiments on crystallization steps, too. We have spent lots of time and money trying to empirically validated these potency claims over the years. We have never once been able to find a verifiable link. I've even had one customer complain about batch A, and another complain about batch B, but each of them swears the other one worked for them. So it is not even consistent. If hundreds of customers were complaining all about a single batch consistently, then perhaps there would be a plausible enough connection. However, it is all random. I am sure any of the other vendors that sell phenibut have tons of the exact same stories. We get people coming to us all the time saying X vendor's stuff changed and is not as good, so they are using us now. Deep down I know there was probably nothing wrong with their stuff. It's just phenibut again.
