NMN tablets are awesome

I've been taking the enteric-coated NMN tablets for a month and a half now and I've had some trouble sleeping. Today I decided to try not taking it to see what would happen. I didn't change anything else I take or do. Whoa. I needed a nap this afternoon and I'm still tired and sleepy. Previously, I could go go go all day long with no problems. I'm going back to taking it tomorrow morning. I need to be alert and focused on my job. Thanks so much for really doing this chemical the right way!

Interesting I’m suffering from insomnia from 1 enteric nmn tablet taken at 6:30am. I also take nd polygala and tart cherry extracts, do these hit ampk at all and could possibly be having an impact? Funny, I combined nmn with quercetin in the first instance and it seemed to assist sleep for a couple days. Then it’s like it’s accumulated or something and started having negative effect on sleep so I dropped the quercetin but still having problems. Feel great on the product otherwise.
Is there any ballpark for how much 125mg nmn enteric might be vs standard nmn? Even from a anecdotal how the two feel perspective.

No, polygala and tart cherry don't hit AMPK. Quercetin does, but you say you dropped that. Man, insomnia from something taken at 6:30am! Crazy. Do you drink coffee or consume caffeine in any way?
We decided that 250mg of non-enteric would be the "equivalent" of 125mg enteric, but it is much more complex than that. That's just a simple conversion to settle on for the average person.
