Potential GOOD interactions with current stack?

Hi everybody,
I’m interested in trying polygala (for anxiety, overthinking, pessimistic outlook and lack of focus) and the trio white jelly mushroom + Injuv + MSM for dry and itching skin/scalp (N.B. I have an autoimmune skin disease and low thyroid, even if not clinically hypo).
A few questions:
* based on your experience, which other supplements have good interactions with the ones listed above?
* I’m considering adding also an adaptogen, for helping with day-to-day stress and general well-being. Which is in your opinion the best one, taking into account my issues?
I was thinking mainly at cordyceps, ashwagandha or Panamax ginseng, but maybe there is something better
* could saffron or CBD oil somehow help with my issues? If yes, do they have potential bad interactions with polygala?
Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback man! Yeah, sounds good for my skin issues.
Do you advice to take other supplements that interact well with polygala and white jelly? IIRC agmatine is one, but maybe I’m wrong, or it is better to not add anything else.
Speaking in particular about adaptogens, which one would be better suited to add to my stack, considering my issues with worrying, focus and overthinking?

Agmatine in the main one. It combines well with polygala. You might actually like looking through our stack guide we created. You can pick beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Then you pick the effects you are looking for, and it suggests combos for it. It's pretty cool!

If you got to advanced, then select mood, you can see the combo with polygala. It's polygala, agmatine, cordyceps, and magnolia bark.
