Do you think that a stack with: Nigella, agmatine, taurine, shilajit, cordyceps and 7,8DHF (or polygala) is okay or overkill to start?

That's a fine stack, but I always suggest trying new things individually first. If you just add them all in at once, you won't know how you are reacting to each individually, or which one might be giving you side effects.
