It really is a great supplement. I don't know if it's the ingredients, better sleep, or most likely a combination of the two but my mood has also been much better and stable (calm) since I started it. None of my usual irritability or anger during the day. Thanks again for the samples. My wife has also asked that I extend her thanks as she's also noticed the improvement in my mood since taking it. I'll definitely be ordering a large bottle of it this week.

You have up-regulation of both dopamine receptors and tryptophan hydroxylase from it. So increased mood and decreased irritability should be a common "side effect" from it. I say side effect, since it's not the main effect. I know we give side effects a negative connotation, but you can also have good side effects. Glad you are responding so well to it!
