Honokiol: Phytoestrogen Concerns

I have been reading that honokiol is considered a phytoestrogen, mimicking estrogen’s effects on the body. As a male, why or why not should I be concerned about adding to my stack? Probably oversimplifying, so thanks for bearing with me!

Sorry it was an article that had sources except for the estrogen claim. Not seeing that claim anywhere else. Interestingly saw honokiol is structurally similar to propofol, which I know does not necessarily mean the effects are similar.

Always be sure to go direct to the studies. I've seen so many bullshit articles online that completely misrepresent the science.
