I was going to make a separate post elsewhere but I'll just add it here instead. The original sleep formula (with zinc) didn't help me sleep at all. It actually made things worse. However, I've been using this new formula for the last three nights and my sleep has improved a lot. Instead of waking up 3 or 4 times during the night (my usual for the last 5+ years), so far I've only woken once (at most) each night. The two nights that happened I quickly fell back to sleep. I also really like how I feel alert and well rested in the morning...not extremely groggy like that caused by other sleep products.

That's great to hear! Being a perfectionist, I wish we would have caught the weird zinc thing some people get in our beta testing. However, I am glad we were able to identify it and reformulate after first release. Our limited beta testing can only have so many people in it. Generally we are assessing effects based on less than 50 people. However, once we release something, thousands of people get to try it and give feedback. That's when we get a really good idea of how the greater population reacts.
This is one of the main reasons I want to hear customer's feedback. I always tell people to let me know how they respond, but sometimes I think people assume that is a platitude. It's not. I really want to know how you guys respond to things. The more data I have, the more intelligently I can formulate products. We are making products to benefit all of you. The only way we can know if they are working is feedback. I know most companies ask for feedback, but they don't really do anything with that information. It can make it seem like giving feedback is a useless endeavor. However, we are not like that. Every piece of information that you as customers relay to us goes into the decision making for new products, and the improvement of existing ones. I never ignore someone when they relay a reaction to me. I treat everything seriously. Because of that, we are able to better make more effective products for you guys. So keep the feedback coming!
