Quick update - still having great results with the updated formula. Seems like I fall asleep within minutes of laying down and still wake at most once each night. One small issue is lately I've been just a little groggy upon waking in the morning. I'm trying to get away from stimulants in the morning (aggravates my anxiety issues) so I was wondering if your Salidrosol solution would be a good option in the morning to overcome the grogginess (no issues taking them together)?

Glad the new formula is working for you!
You sure can take the Salidrosol in the AM. You could also add in something like GS15-4. That would give you some wakefulness, but not be a pushy stimulant.
