Hi, I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble checking out on the website, every transaction is declined. Used multiple browsers on multiple devices (android phone, MacBook). Opened up my cc account and debit and there's about a dozen transactions that were immediately reversed. Attempted to workaround with crypto payment but unable to proceed further on order as link to pay with crypto is broken. Not sure what else to do, please advise, first time order.

Your card was likely being denied for whatever reason. If you PM me your details, I can have my team look up the denial codes in the backend system. That's the only way to know why a card was being denied.
Keep in mind that we get charged for every attempt. So while your denials get refunded back into your account in full, we actually have to pay every time you attempt a charge. That's not refunded to us. So a dozen attempts actually costs us about $4. That's just something we have to bend over and take from Visa/Mastercard and the processing banks, but many customers don't know that.
I did just place a test or with cryptocurrency, and it went through fine. So that is definitely working. Make sure your browser is not blocking scripts. That can sometimes cause issues.
