Current alternatives to Ceretropic?

I've been out of the game for a few years and see that Ceretropic is closed. Are there any reliable and reputable alternatives for simple stuff like semax and the like? The threads I'm finding on alternatives are from 2018. The only one I found in the last year recommended nootro but that looks closed now too.
