Does Adamax upregulate Trkb to the same degree as Semax?

Same question as title. Wanting to know if it upregulates Trkb

Nice response! Grateful. I take Berberine and resveratrol daily as part of my staple stack. I’ll order some polygala from ND as a tribute and add that one to the mix.

For some reason Curcumin increases my anxiety and EGCG can make me a touch jittery too.

Do you think Adamax is a good strategy for getting Trkb back online too?

Also, I’ve read coffee fruit extract can substantially increase BDNF but I don’t know if it effects Trkb receptors too. I don’t understand the relationship between those two mechanisms but I know enough to know they’re related. Would coffee fruit extract help or could it further downregulate Trkb

It's probably the MAOI effects from them. I get that too if I add in carnosine to the mix.

I came up with Adamax myself based on some assumptions regarding it in comparison to P21. We can speculate on how it acts, but we don't have direct scientific data. So I can't say for sure. You are also not likely getting real Adamax anywhere.

Has taking nootropics changed the way you perceive reality?

Replying to LockeHardcastle · Out of curiosity, may I ask which tools you prefer, personally?

Legal: Semax and its derivatives, P21, Epitalon, 7,8-DHF, lion's mane, polygala, nigella sativa, coluracetam/fasoracetam/pramiracetam/oxiracetam, other stuff we have created and are working on in the background. Not so

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

Always keep peptide in the fridge, as that is where they are most stable. They are MORE stable as a lyophilized powder in the vial, and become LESS stable once you mix them with water. However, some smaller sequence pept

Unfortunately, these things are a lot more complicated than most realize. I try to be as open as I can with everyone here, but there are just some things that I can't fully explain publicly. I'm already way way more open

Adamax

Replying to TheReviewNinja · What does Adamax do though?

It's N-acetyl semax that has been capped on the C-terminus with the adamantane moeity from P21. I've been personally using it for a few years.
