I ran 50 mg 7,8 DHF for a month and I am experiencing a rebound for days now. Can’t tell if I’m just back to my normal self or if I’m slower and more depressed due to a rebound.

Anyone else experienced this or have ideas on how to get Trkb back online? That’s main reason I’m using Adamax rn

Berberine, crucumin, EGCG, and polygala.

Good examples are curcumin, resveratrol, (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), and berberine [Figure 1]. Under various experimental conditions, these compounds have been shown to increase the BDNF level under neurodegenerative experimental models both in vitro and in vivo. Since these compounds are active in modulation of gene expression and signal transduction pathways associated with cell growth and differentiation, their effect on BDNF production could be a result of multiple mechanisms.

Effect of Polygala tenuifolia Willd YZ-50 on the mRNA expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and its receptor TrkB in rats with chronic stress depression

Curcumin produces neuroprotective effects via activating brain-derived neurotrophic factor/TrkB-dependent MAPK and PI-3K cascades in rodent cortical neurons.

Are you talking about [Centrophenoxine?](https://examine.com/supplements/centrophenoxine/) You might also be talking about Longvida. However, both of those are on Nootropics Depot, not Ceretropic. Polygala tenuifolia als

Any reliable N Acetyl Semax amidate vendors?

Replying to leechlamp · Do you have an equivalent to semax on Natrium?

No, that's pretty unique. I'd say 7,8-DHF, polygala, and noopept would be the ones that hit closest to the same mechanisms. That's mainly BDNF. Noopept might be the closest.

7,8-Dihydroxyflavone in ND

Replying to Caldehyde · Could you describe its subjective effects? I'm curious if the trkb agonism and anti-inflammatory effects give it a profile reminiscent of semax.

It gives a nice quick mood boost. It is kind of similar to Semax and Noopept. However, it comes on quick and leaves quick. That's the main drawback. Your body metabolizes it so quickly that it only lasts 1.5 hours or so.
