Is there any policy in place that sets hard limits on how old a product can be and still be sold.? I have already experienced that you are fine with shipping year old products but have wondered if I should expect older stuff than that to arrive. I get when you buy in mega quantities and then maybe the market for a product slows you might get stuck with unsold old product so I understand but just how old is ok? Thanks.

We are always planning on keeping the stuff on the shelf moving. Our plan is usually 3 months. So we build enough for 3 months at a time to constantly cycle it. However, we started shifting that out to 6 months last year, due to the threat of supply issues, and stepped that up even longer because of COVID-19. So on some things, we have over a years worth of things in inventory to prepare for worst case scenarios. We don't sell things if they are within 6 months of their expiry date, though. What we consider an expiry date is based on lab testing we do of retained samples. Some products are more delicate, and have shorter expiry times. Others we have found almost zero degradation after 5 years of storage. So it depends on the product. Most of our fast selling products are in, tested, produced, on the shelf, and sold within 2-4 months. It's only the slower movers that sit longer. Some things we bring out and think they are cool, but people just don't buy them. So they sit longer. We are constantly monitoring inventory, though. Anything getting close to 2 years from production gets resampled and sent to the lab for analysis. If it shows degradation, then we scrap whatever is left of that lot. If we show no degradation, then we can adjust what is a reasonable expiration date for that specific lot. If it doesn't really show degradation, but we want to cycle it out anyway, we offer it for free to our employees. We try to reduce waste as much as we can. We have a whole potency and product stability program in place now. It goes through a ton of testing and documentation.

The results from our latest round of testing are in. We all had a pretty good idea that the Bacognize would fair well, as Nootropics Depot's tests showed. However, we now have 3rd party results confirming it. * Lead- .0

Regulatory changes in China.

Phenylpiracetam, adrafinil, and centrophenoxine are the ones that will go away January 1st. No question, they are done in China. Don't worry, though. We knew about all this months ago, and have been buying up all the rem

Phenylpiracetam outage

We just ran out of raw material. We are in the process of getting more, but I can't give a firm timeline. We are working as quickly as possible, but are up against insane supply chain breakdowns.

Is Phenylpiracetam by NootropicsDepot a racemic mixture or only the R-isomer?

Replying to vengeancefit · Of course you care, you want money like everbody else. "That's how it works" is only correct IF the S-enantiomer doesn't negate the effects of the other. There are no studies to

You are arguing with me about something I was not even saying... That's how it works in relation to chemistry. Racemic is a 50/50 mixture of R and S isomers. That's it. That's how it works. Period. All current phenylpira
