Would it be feasible for you to run the entire operation 100% state-side and employ your fellow Americans to assist in synthesis and manufacturing or is it entirely an issue of sourcing the precursor chems required for production?

Not for chemical synthesis. We just don't have the facilities here to do it, nor the supply chain for the precursors. However, we are going to be doing it in the EU. So while that might not be the US, it's still a good compromise. We might do some small scale R&D synthesis here at our lab, but probably not production amounts any time soon.
For other things we are moving as much stateside as we can. So for certain natural products we are going to try and do things start to finish here in the US; all Arizona if possible. We are getting some equipment in our lab to do some own R&D on extraction techniques, and we are looking into some cool machinery final processing to improve particle size of powders. So we will be doing some our own production of natural products soon, and hopefully locally grown will be a part of that. We already have over 70 full-time employees, and are hiring new people all the time. If we can do it in-house, and employ local Americans in the process, we definitely do!
