They use Hermes. Costs depend on the number of products. A 100€ order is about 20€ duties and taxes and 0€ shipping to germany. My packages with that shipping option are always cleared immediately. Except once, where they even sent me an automated email notification that my order is being held in customs. Three days later it was cleared.
