Is it me or is this subreddit dying out?

I sorted out this subreddit to “Latest Posts”, and realized there’s only been 2-3 posts in the last 8 hours. Might not sound crazy to you guys but damn I remember this subreddit was booming with topics posted every 30 minutes. I find myself coming here less and less often now because there’s just nothing new anymore. I look at whatever couple of posts was posted for that day and that was that. Any veteran r/Nootropic users agree or is it just me? No offense but I kinda miss the old r/Nootropics :(

I've been lurking this sub since about 2014-2015. We had Nootropics Depot and Ceretropics on the search for all sorts of new and interesting compounds. It felt like we were seeing new racetams being introduced every 3-4 months (could've just been new to me). Along with whatever obscure stuff MYASD was looking into.
I think a big turning point was the powder city lawsuit for a tianeptine related death. Ceretropics went down not too long afterwards and products got pulled from plenty of other sites. I don't think we've really seen a lot of movement on the fringe ends of the community since then.
One person doesn't make or break the whole community but MYASD did an astronomical amount to grow the nootropics scene. I don't think we've had anybody really pick up the torch and march forward since he began focusing on ND and Natrium.

We are still doing it. It's just all in the background now. The amount of novel nootropics at our facility is nuts! I am constantly trying new things. I am just not selling them to the public, due to the aforementioned legal/regulatory risk. We have stuff at our facility that no other humans have ever tried, save for me and a few of my employees. Perhaps someday we can alter the legal and regulatory environment in such a way that will allow a situation like 2013-2016 again. However, I have to pick my battles these days so that I can continue on my main mission of advancing the analytical standards of the industry.
