Any intermittent-fasters here? When do you take your Noots?

I am struggling because I am not sure if the supplements break the fast and by the time I break the fast with a meal it's noon and I want to be able to be sharper in the morning especially since I don't drink coffee.

Thanks for any advice!

I had never known most of that, so I apologize if I offended. I think that’s a lot of valuable information most don’t know—I had always been under the impression that X will be wasted on an empty stomach while Y will be wasted if taken with a meal, examples being aniracetam and piracetam respectively.
I’ve been in this long enough that when placing orders with you, I drop a trilby reference—and like I said, your comments were all new information to me. As always, your input is much appreciated.

Ohh, don't worry. You did not offend me. Sometimes I come out the gate a bit hot with my wording. That's just me ranting like I usually do. LOL
Pharmacokinetics is a lot more complex than most people realize. The deeper you dig, the more complex it gets. It's really cool to learn about, though! We take for granted that when we swallow something it just gets into our bodies. However, how it actually does it is very cool. Even just the concepts of solubility are oversimplified by most people. We like to think something is either water or fat soluble, but it can be both. It can be neither. It can be all sorts of crazy under different pH environments or temperatures. Sometimes it forms insoluble crystals unless put into a specific carrier solvent, like CoQ10. Sometimes you need very specific temperatures and pHs for it to dissolve. This is how tianeptine sulfate worked. The sulfate salt of tianeptine would not dissociate in low pH environments. It needed a neutral pH, which is why it had to make its way to the small intestine before absorbing, whereas the sodium salt rapidly absorbs in the acidic pH of the stomach. If we simplify these concepts down too much, we lose all the specificity for understanding how it all works.
