Anyone with experience using both? If so, which worked better for you with regard to both sleep onset and staying asleep through the night?

So here's a question that's been on my mind. I've spent a few grand on your stuff - mostly peptides, back when NA-Semax-Amidate and NA-Selank were keeping me from suicidal depression and anxiety. I \know\ that was worth it. 0 chance they are placebo for me. (They appear to have healed me permanently, in combination with other changes which they made it possible for me to make. Thanks.)

I am quite sure Sleep Support, Alcohol Defense, Cordyceps, and Rhodiola have an effect. I couldn't tell you if immune defense works, besides drying me out and making me pee more (all the mushroom extracts do this for me.) I take it on "faith" as such if I'm at risk of getting sick.

But what about things like Coq10, Carnosine, etc? I've read a lot of studies, more than most people, but at the end of the day there are a whole lot of promising-sounding substances with effects like anti-aging and general health for which I see 0 \perceivable\ difference on a day-to-day basis. If I (for the sake of argument) took a pill a day from 30 substances that sound from ND of things like CoQ10 or ALA that sound like they have beneficial effects, will my life actually be better for it 5 years from now?

So, I don't take much any of these things, because I can't feel the effect directly and for all the marketing copy - they all sound great in theory - I don't know if they have real and significa…

That all depends on your age, diet, genetics, and other factors. This is why I don't like making blanket statements. Things are too complex to boil down to simple suggestions. I absolutely get beneficial effects from the above mentioned things, and they are stuff that is general enough for a sold base level stack. Would everyone feel acute benefits from it? No, likely not. Some might even get side effects. I know some people that get over-stimulated with CoQ10. So there really is not a one-size-fits-all approach to things; even for the basic stuff. Younger people with issues with anxiousness and over-stimulation are going to need totally different things than older people with depressive symptoms. However, once you do find that product or stack that works for you, it absolutely can make your life better. Sometimes you get lucky and find that quickly. Other times not so much, and it takes a lot of trial and error to finally find that combo. Many people get frustrated and give up before they do. Many people use shitty quality supplements in their trials, then assume all supplements are garbage. Would you think chamomile would be a super effective supplement? Up until a few weeks ago I didn't. However, we were able to find a specific cultivar with a specific patented extraction technique that blew us away. We all thought: "We won't feel shit from this. It's just chamomile." However, we were wrong. So often times people paint things with a very large brush, when in fact things are much more complicated than anyone realizes.

So that's why I try to shy away from large overreaching suggestions to people. I know people who have literally had their lives changed by supplements I get very little to no effects from. I also know people who get insanely bad side effects from things that make zero sense for them to. Complexity is both a frustrating part of this, but also what makes it most interesting.

We'll go through 10,000 pretty fast at this rate. I did not think this many people wanted nasal sprays. We went through 200 bottles in 2 days! The EU distributors will carry a select few products. The UK one is going to

Will ND ever sell RPGU-95?

Replying to tree_of_tree · Would you ever sell semax or selank?

Not on Nootropics Depot, no. I started Ceretropic. We were the first to start selling Semax here in the US, other than the imported Russian dropper bottles for $180. We popularized all those peptides. However, I shut Cer

German customs seized and destroyed my Semax/Selank order worth 240 $.

Most of our German customers use a reshipper in the EU when ordering peptides. We get regular powders into Germany no problem. However, sometimes they are weird with peptides. So usually German customers use a reshipper

Use caution with Science.Bio's semax spray

Replying to johnnycoconut · /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb since you did nasal sprays with Ceretropic, I wonder what are your thoughts on the whole preservative/preventing microbe growth thing? I would be curious rega

You are going to want an antimicrobial in nasal sprays. Not using one is just asking for a bad time. If microbes grow in the spray, you will be spraying them right where they could potentially get past your blood brain b
