Generalized anxiety relief, also body tenssion.

Rhodiola make me angry asf and lemon balm idk,i guess i have paradoxical reaction because i used benzo in the past or hypothyroidism, or i just have a nocebo to it. I used cyracos.

Maybe i'll try magnolia bark, but these things seems nit strong enough sadly

You sound like a difficult case! Cyracos is a strange one, though. Some people get stimulated on it. I definitely find our normal 10:1 lemon balm more calming, personally.

Have you tried out PanaMAX yet? That's one that might help. It's gives a nice calming effect, without feeling heavy like L-theanine can. Emoxypine is another one many people overlook. It increases the binding affinity of the GABA receptors. Many people don't know that.
