LOL in Canada this is a trick! Ordering enough monetary amounts to get a discount means having to pay duty which is more than the discounts

I assure you, that was not even something that popped into our minds. I'd love it if Canadian customs didn't charge import duties at all! It's not every time, either. It's just that larger packages are more likely to be stopped and inspected than smaller ones.
