No, it's okay. This post was removed at first, but I spoke to the other mods and had them re-approve it. He's not a competitor. He just heard something from someone he trusted, and worded things in a little bit of an inflammatory way. When you hear things from perceived authorities, you immediately want to trust them. That's just human nature.
