Googling "effects of X" will bring a list of obviously biased blogs with affiliate links and advertising (obviously biased) so do many YouTube video in their description.
I did manage to find some unbiased articles Here and Here, but they weren't positive.
If you have any unbiased sources please provide them.

Well how do you know they aren't paid shills, honestly? I mean these nootropic companies like ND can't/don't advertise using traditional means like TV or online ads, so how do they expect to get more customers? An unbiased source would be a reputable news company or YouTube channel.

If we were paying people to post things, don't you think someone would have some evidence of that by now? We've been here since 2013. There are countless people here, competitors and people who just don't like me, that would live off that schadenfreude for years if they could. They wouldn't even need to eat! It would sustain them fully. Yet here we are with only speculations, because I don't operate in a shady manner. There is no conspiracy behind what we do. I build things I believe in, operate in an open and honest manner, and let the chips fall where they may. I do not pay people to lie or shill, period. I never have and I never will.
If you honestly are looking for research papers, just ask me. Let me know which ones you are interested in, and I will get them for you. I have done that for years.
