Hi everyone
So have been recently taking magnesium citrate
The recommened dose right before sleep, it does put me too sleep which is a good thing however when I wake up in the morning I feel like I have a flu like symptoms which is really weird.
Any of you have had this before?

I am doing 18:6 Intermittent Fasting and eat all my calories at night. I know that's suboptimal for sleep, but not sure how to minimize the impact. Will it be enough to stop eating 2 hours before sleeping for example?

That's fine. I do intermittent fasting as well. Usually 20:4 or 22:2. Stopping eating 2 hours before bed is not a problem.
