have you considered doing really small pills and doing something like 100/50 of caffeine/theanine... so that you could take 2 or 3 if you want or just take 1..

Then encapsulation costs start making the economies of scale not make sense. We could, but there is a fixed cost to each capsule and the labor to fill each that would make those smaller doses not as economically attractive to most people.
