Anyone else have this issue recently? I even called my bank to make sure its not my card. Website keeps saying transaction is declined.

I just had my team look at the logs, and nothing is out of the ordinary on the approval rate on either of our processors in the past 2 days. Over the weekend it was trying to send more transactions to our secondary processor. So the approval rate dipped a bit. That's probably thrown off by the people who literally try 9-16 times before giving up without even writing us. So the actual rate is higher. It's just those people skew it by trying over and over and over again.
We are sending 100% of our transactions through our main processor right now, though. So it should be fine. If you write my support team with your details, we can look up the specific denial code on your attempt to see what the deal is.
