Nootropics depot not taking my credit card

Anyone else have this issue recently? I even called my bank to make sure its not my card. Website keeps saying transaction is declined.

A few years ago I remember they had a card transaction limit where they could only charge so much money in a given month due to the service they were using for the charged. Could just be a product heavy month or something of the effect

We still have a limit, but it is much higher than it was a while back. Even so, we have two processors to load balance now. So we don't really have a limit anymore. It's just that it will load balance over to the other processor if we are going to hit it on our main one. This also might be why some people's card works one time, and doesn't another. Their bank is fine with our main processor, but might think the backup processor is fraud; so they deny it.
