Starting my first cycle with cerebrolysin. Any tips?

I’m going to be starting intramuscular injections of 5ml cerebrolysin starting this coming Monday. I have all the gear and enough vials for 10 injections (purchased from cosmic nootropics).
Right now I’m currently on the following supplements/drugs:
- 200-300mg of caffeine/day
- ~8 drinks of alcohol/week
- Some other daily vitamins and supplements like arginine, vitamin D, C etc
I’m a bit worried about the daily caffeine and weekly alcohol (which I usually consume on weekends when I go out or see friends). Do you think it makes sense to try to limit or cut these out while on the cerebrolysin cycle? Does anyone know if these have any bad interactions?
Also, does anyone have some general tips on things to do or focus on while on a cycle? I’m really exited to get started!
Thanks everyone!

Ah, yeah, I took that poll, so that could my reporting the vertigo side effects showing there :) I don't think I have a solid answer to your question regarding why do it except that I have done it in the past without following strict 5-2 regimen like I did last time, and it seemed to have a slight positive effect on my ADHD and anxiety (I have the annoyingADHDI mixed with GAD). It is, however, hard to assert with certainty whether it did or did not help me in any way. One of the reasons to repeat the treatment could be that I want to establish whether it was merely a coincidence or, rather, it was, in fact, Cerebrolysin that caused my vertigo/fatigue. My neurologist is confident that my vertigo/fatigue were nothing else but the result of extensive and prolonged stress along with masking migraines while I think there is a chance it could be cerebrolysin in combination with me catching a flu, given the abrupt onset of my vertigo (January 24th, 2017, around 2pm, I still remember that surprising feeling of the ground coming out from under my feet and not quite coming back for over a year). I would love for someone to give a clear definition of what exactly is in Cerebrolysin, and if some biochem magician like u/MisterYouAreSoDumb considered spending time digging into the subject of precise composition, I would happily donate my vials for research purposes.
