Help tracking down a histamine reaction in my stack

Hey all,
I have been taking this stack for a couple of weeks:
* NASEMAXA
* Citric Acid
* Creatine
* Uridine
* Alpha GPC
* SAM-e
* Omega3 phospholipids (DHA + EPA + phosphatidyl choline)
* Jarrow's Bone-up (C, D3, K, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Boron)
* Allegra
* Montelukast (Singulair)
* TMG
* Vitamin E
* B complex or B1 / B6 / methylfolate (B9) / methyl B12
* Yesterday added Intuniv
My issue is that on some days I am getting puffy itching redness around my lips. In the past this has indicated that I am having some kind of allergic reaction. I believe that I am an undermethylator / high histamine usually.
I tried cutting out methylfolate (B9) / methyl B12 and this seemed to make it go away a couple times, so I was convinced that this was the issue. Normally B12 helps histamine levels but I read that for some people with high histamine it actually makes it worse.
However I have not been taking B9 / B12 for a week now and it just happened again. I did get an allergy shot 2 days ago but had no reaction yesterday so I doubt that is the issue. I did start taking Intuniv (guanfacine ER) yesterday but don't really understand how that would affect it.
Anyone have…

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb Could this be a reaction to NASEMAXA? I seemed to be tolerating it well at first but perhaps it could be building up a reaction over time? I am only taking 200mcg a day currently.

Maybe, or it could be the SAM-e.
