Any one tried it or knows vendors that consider selling it (/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb ?).

From wikipedia: "...possesses higher agonistic activity at TrkB, is significantly more potent than 7,8-DHF both in vitro and in vivo, and has a longer duration of action"

How difficult and expensive is 4-DMA-7,8-DHF to synthesize compared to regular 7,8-DHF?

Extremely. It went up a LOT more since I got it quoted in 2014. I would have to charge $150 per gram to do it right now, so I am putting it on hold again... Sucks.
