Real Mushrooms and their quality

I am currently wanting to add cordyceps and lions mane into my daily supplementation. Currently running vitamin D3 5000iu, ashwagandha 2-3gms and fish oil 2000mgs. Mainly looking for daily energy, cognitive improvements and libido enhancing (considering gelatinised maca as well). Have been looking around for vendors and Real Mushrooms keeps popping up, so I was wondering if all the peeps who have used them can give me their experience on the quality of their products.

I was also wondering if anyone has tried their 5 defenders mix of 5 different mushrooms that they sell. I was wondering what that mix does and if anybody has used it and noticed any benefits.

Off topic, but I want to ship some from your website to India. Which international shipping option has the best success rate to get stuff to india? What should be the size of the order to ensure passage through indian customs?

DHL Express would be the best. Value doesn't really matter, as Indian customs is going to charge you regardless. They are quite difficult.
