Sometimes it feels like I am the only one who cares this strongly about things like this, and it upsets me. If one of my companies sold the totally wrong plant labeled as panax ginseng, I would go scorched Earth on things, and completely replace everyone involved in it happening. I would fire the people who approved it. I would drop the supplier who supplied it, and never use them again. I would completely revamp the processes that allowed it to happen. Then I would publicly apologize to anyone affected, and walk them through step-by-step what I was doing to ensure it never happened again.

I suppose that's just me, though. NuSci is still selling this almost 2 years later. Nobody cares. I am going to change this industry, mark my words.
