Get Ethereum and start buying Nootropics with it

Last month I made this post about the benefits of buying with bitcoin for yourself and the nootropics community. When I wrote the post bitcoin was getting kind of crazy with transaction fees/times and many people mentioned that in the comments and as we all know it blew up later in the month.
This post is an update on the basic buying procedure with Ethereum instead of Bitcoin. Ethereum has maintained reasonable transaction times/fees and is usually accepted by vendors along with bitcoin (my fee today was around 30 cents). Like bitcoin it didn't take long at all to figure out how to use it.
* Create an account at [Coinbase](coinbase.com) where you purchase bitcoins via credit card or bank account
* Move those coins to a wallet
* Blockchain.info or MyEtherWallet (online) (I found myetherwallet a bit more complicated) or Jaxx or Exodus (offline), (this step is optional but recommended especially for research chemicals)
* Send money from this wallet account to the address provided by the vendor after you checkout

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb mentioned in some other post that cryptos could eventually solve the credit card processing issues that nootropics vendors face, and I think he's right.
If anyone is worried that certain cryptocurrencies will go to zero after the bubble, that likely won't happen, at least for larger market proof of work currencies like bitcoin and litecoin. I can't find the video, but Andreas Antonopoulos explains this in one of his videos.
And I'm kicking myself for having converted Powder City's BTCs straight to USD once payments were processed.

This is only the beginning for crypto. This is like the start of the dot com boom. Shit is about to get real crazy, and real stupid; just like the dumb shit that happened in the dot com bubble. Companies were valued at a billion dollars with zero revenue, just because they were on the internet. Same thing is happening now. Some cryptocurrencies have stupid market caps for literally no reason. Eventually a lot of it will crash, and only the strong will survive; just like in the dot com boom. Amazon is stronger than ever, and they were part of the dot com bubble. Ebay is another one. Priceline is another company that came about in the dot com bubble and is still here. Crypto is going to follow the same path. A handful of the useful currencies will come out on top, and the rest will fail. Many people will lose their shirts, but some will make bank. However, all the people hoping that the whole thing is a big scam, and are expecting all of it fail, are going to be disappointed. The internet didn't die when the dot com bubble burst. Cryptocurrency will not die when the crypto bubble bursts, either.
Hell, I could be wrong. This could all come crashing down to a final end soon. I doubt it, but I am open to the possibility. I just think that the skeptics don't realize how much money they are being fleeced for by the processing and banking industries, and why crypto is such a monumental improvement. You're all being financially raped by companies you don't even know exist! Middlemen after middlemen are taking little bits of your money for NO REASON! I've said it before, and I will say it again, forget the hype and price. You should be excited about the possibility of taking back control of your money from these people siphoning it from you without your knowledge! That's what you should be excited about; not buying some random coin, then selling it for a higher price later.
How this technology is going to fundamentally change the way people transact is the real exciting part. I am just happy to be a part of it!
