P21 - Interesting reaction?

Started taking p21 about a week and a half ago. 1mg daily, sub-q. Since then I have noticed a correlation to dosing and maybe getting some sort of immune reaction(hot + dry eyes , feeling in sinus). Anyone else get this? I am slightly concerned after reading some of the "P21 gone wrong" stories in regards to an immune reaction to CNTF(although I have also read this is unlikely due to the size of this peptide)

Thanks for the reply man,
As far as effects are concerned are they acute or only visible with chronic dosing? I did get an incredible lowering of anxiety but the fatigue and unmotivation killed it for me(will try again soon with lower doses)
In my own research I had found a link with P21 increasing/simulating levels of IL-6. IL6 is supposed to be one of the main controls of immune temperature response which would explain the sick feeling. I also remember reading that even though P21 exerts pro inflamatory effects on the brain they are of a positive character. I'll see if I can did the links back up

I find there are both acute and chronic effects. I always take it with a few stimulating compounds, to balance out the tiring effects. The acute effects for me are an improvement to reaction times and heightened spatial reasoning.
