Just ordered PRL-8-53 from Amazon. Vendor looks sketchy, any thoughts?

It was on Amazon and since I had a gift card, I made an impulsive buy. This would be my first real nootropic besides the theanine + caffeine stack so I'm a little worried more about there being adverse effects than receiving say white flour.

EDIT: Okay so avoid this vendor at all cost. The dude shipped it to me even though I requested a cancellation over 24 hours in advance. Also, the label in the packaging is wrong, it spells PRL-3-58 instead of PRL-8-53. And it doesn't look like I can get refund since he's the one shipping it so I'll have to probably toss this when I receive it to be on the safe side of things.
