I dont have a Consumerlabs account but read it online from another person blog, those are the 3 out of the dozen I believe that were tested that passed and actually contained more than the label claim of withnolides
The other supplements contained 25 percent or less, not enough to make any difference.

Does this apply to the standardized extracts KSM66 or Sensoril? I thought they were manufactured under patent by small number of approved manufacturers who sell it on to likes of Jarrows, Swanson, Now etc for capping and reselling?

No, that should not be as big of an issue with the patented extracts, as long as the brands are actually using them. You have to follow TMLAs when selling the patented extracts. Not that an unscrupulous vendor couldn't sign the TMLA, purchase a small amount of the patented ingredient, then actually use a cheaper one when making the product. I don't know if that has happened, but it would not be too hard to pull off. However, if they are using the patented extracts, then they should be verified to a lot higher level.
That being said, we still send the patented extracts off for testing for verification. I trust nobody.
