I've been reading that it blows GHB out of the water for narcolepsy and has a few other benefits as well. Namely fewer side effects and anxiolitic properties. Opposite of GHB.
Looks like it's FDA approved for MS too.

No, it was going through clinical trials a few years ago for autism/fragile x social/communication dysfunctions and alchoholism by Seaside Theraputics. I've tried for years but literally cannoot find anywhere to purchase it. The only option I think is to have it synthesized. /u/MrYouAreSoDumb, is there any way this can be synthesized?

Getting labs to do enantiopure synths right now is very hard. Many synthesis labs have been closed, so supply bottlenecks are becoming a bigger issue. The existing labs make more money selling larger batches of proven synths, rather than taking a risk on a new synth. Not to mention the increased risks for vendors selling it. Not to say it's impossible. However, you would likely need to do a group buy, and use a lab in Eastern Europe.
