Nootropics Depot requesting ID, credit card verification, proof of billing address?

Hi, I placed an order with ND and they said because of their fraud alert system, I'd need to do the following (this is the most recent E-mail):
"Thank you for your response. We will accept a copy of your license, the credit card used for your transaction (you may redact all but the last four digits), and a bill with your current shipping address. Once we have received this information, we will then be able to approve this purchase, and we will not need to verify future orders.
You may use this secure form to send us your proof of identification for this order:

Is that suspicious? Is it safe to just scan your driver's license and send it like that? The driver's license is the part I'm concerned about.

Again, I apologize for this. It sucks that we have to take measures like this, but it is the only thing that has worked. We have been absolutely hammered by hundreds of thousands of dollars in attempted fraud. It got to the point that if we did not stop it, we would stop existing altogether. If you PM me your details, I can tell my team to approve the order. You have a long Reddit history, and are obviously not someone using stolen credit cards to try and purchase products.
