Irc.bio would be who I would suggest for that. The owner contacted me before they launched and asked for advice and assistance. I've helped them a couple times with methods or general opinions on the space. I can't comment directly on their current quality, as I have not personally tested anything of theirs in a while. However, they seem to be in it for the right reasons, and are trying to maintain quality standards. The rest of the SARM space is shady.
