Ceretropic and Nootropics Depot are fantastic and we have a lot of respect for them. However they are not alone in being sticklers for quality and purity, it's worth setting straight the facts about our testing program as well.
We absolutely do not rely on Chinese COAs for our purity testing, and we absolutely do go out of stock for long periods of time to our financial detriment when a batch does not meet our spec. We carry out strict US based third party analytical purity testing for every batch of our products, and we can and do undergo inconvenience and financial losses based on the results, rather than deceptively sell product.
If borderline, we make our best judgement call. The actual specific US COA results for each specific batch of every material / ingredient / product are enclosed with the corresponding packaged product.
In fact, right now we are out of stock on our LiftMode L-Theanine and Caffeine + L-Theanine capsules, have been for weeks and will be for weeks more, because a production run failed our quality testing standards. In the case of our LiftMode capsules, we specify no excipients / fillers / processing aids, and Pullulan (premium vegetarian) capsules that cost several fold more than gelatin capsules. Most copackers balk at the no processing aids requirement, because it makes their life a pain. Most also grumble that they have to specially sour…

I can confirm that Liftmode/NewMind are right there along side us in the fight for improving quality standards. We are not the only ones doing things properly. I love it when people appreciate what we are doing, but I also don't want to give people the impression that we are the only ones doing it. You can trust Liftmode/NewMind as a vendor, for sure.
We've spoken many times, and I am sure you are already aware of it, but I appreciate the way you guys have grown, and am happy you are still a part of the community.
