Lions mane powder from powdercity and nootropicsdepot

What is the difference between lions mane mushroom sold by powdercity and Nootropics Depot? For some reason, I get side-effects like frequent urination with dripping urine from the one by Nootropics Depot. I never experienced such side-effects from powder city. It was one of the best nootropics that I ever had but I cannot buy it anymore because PC closed. Do you know who else sells lions mane processed similarly to powder city?

We used to sell a 10:1 dual extract similar to what Powder City sold. However, we switched over to our current one, due to the more stringent quality control of the supply chain that Nammex has. We've also had a new 8:1
