I am an international buyer and ordered a couple of noots a few months ago, and these were lost in the post. I tried everything to get them delivered, but nothing worked. This post company said they would notify USPS, and it would be up to USPS to compensate the original sender (Nootropics Depot). This never happened.
Nootropics reshipped my original order despite not getting compensated for the lost product. I just want to say thanks to them, it would have been easy for them to ignore my request, but they delivered.

I'm not sure if it's the same for all countries, but at least for me transferred to Local Post Ofice for Delivery just means it's been transferred to USPS, and it's another week or thereabouts to get to local customs clearance, which shows as "Package processed by international carrier" then "Package cleared by foreign customs office" this step usually takes a couple of hours. But I'm sure that varies a lot by country! That first step usually takes 2 or 3 days, although this time it took about a week or so, go figure. (AZ to CA delays?)

Yeah, there have been some Arizona to California delays lately, and we are trying to figure out why. We put everything on an LA-Hot truck, which is supposed to leave directly from Phoenix to Los Angeles every day. However, some delays lately has me wondering how that could be. It can take 3 days or so to get to LA sometimes, which doesn't make sense for a daily direct truck. We are working with UPS to determine what is going on.
