I am an international buyer and ordered a couple of noots a few months ago, and these were lost in the post. I tried everything to get them delivered, but nothing worked. This post company said they would notify USPS, and it would be up to USPS to compensate the original sender (Nootropics Depot). This never happened.
Nootropics reshipped my original order despite not getting compensated for the lost product. I just want to say thanks to them, it would have been easy for them to ignore my request, but they delivered.

Sorry to crash on your post but I was wondering how I can get help with my Nootropics Depot order. It's been 13 days since I ordered and according to UPS, it's been "Transferred to Local Post Office for Delivery" but I checked with them and there was nothing. Not sure if it's me being impatient or whether it was actually lost :( I am an international buyer too, located in Asia so I understand that it may take some time, just not sure if this is normal.

That just means it is waiting to be cleared by your customs. Once it is cleared it will update, as long as you are in an ePacket country. [email protected] can give you the local tracking number if you give them your UPS MI one. Keep in mind my team is out of the office till Wednesday, due to the 4th of July holiday. So our response time will be a bit longer than usual.
