I can't help at all, but I have worked at amazon and also know people who have. After having worked there, I'm shocked every time I get the right item and it arrives undamaged. It's actually worse than it seems as unbelievable as that sounds.

I believe it. We've hired a couple people who worked in Amazon's warehouse. The stories they told us paint a shitty picture of the company. It sucks they are the market leader, because I would prefer not to give them any business if I could.
