Congrats. Also is there a reason ND's products aren't on Amazon anymore? Did they finally do the expected and pull them all? Kinda sucks, I preferred that method of ordering.

Amazon froze our account, due to a suspected phishing attempt. We've been trying for close to 45 days to get it back up. We got an email from seller performance a week or two ago saying our account was re-approved, and we were allowed to sell again. Now we can login to our account, but none of our products have listings. We've been trying to contact them to fix it, but seller support is useless, and tells us we need to get seller performance to fix it. Seller performance does not have a phone number, and has not responded to our emails.
Amazon is a joke. I am honestly surprised they have gotten as large as they have with as shitty of processes and systems as they have. They are the worst of the worst to work with. And yes, we are being charged storage fees during this time. So we are being charged to store our product in Amazon's warehouse, and losing out on all the sales, and we can't even talk to the team that can help us. If anyone has a contact of someone that can help us, please let me know.
