Having trouble getting a response from Nootropics Depot?

I certainly don't want to besmirch the name of ND or come across as if I'm calling them out in a public forum; I've been nothing but satisfied with their products and service thus far. However, I'm genuinely curious about their lack of response to my questions. I recently reached out to them to ask for a KSM 66 COA and ask some questions about a Bacognize COA I was given. This was several weeks ago, and I still haven't received a response despite sending several follow up emails. Has anyone else experience this?

I deal with a lot of different online vendors, for nootropics and other things of similar nature, and you guys hands down are the gold standard of how any company should do business.

Usually when I email a company for similar problems, I either get ignored, or basically told to go fuck myself. You guys definitely bring a humble and honest attitude to this industry that lacks it.

Keep up the good fight.
