Having trouble getting a response from Nootropics Depot?

I certainly don't want to besmirch the name of ND or come across as if I'm calling them out in a public forum; I've been nothing but satisfied with their products and service thus far. However, I'm genuinely curious about their lack of response to my questions. I recently reached out to them to ask for a KSM 66 COA and ask some questions about a Bacognize COA I was given. This was several weeks ago, and I still haven't received a response despite sending several follow up emails. Has anyone else experience this?

Hey, sorry for the mixup. It looks like my lab manager had written you a response on the 26th, but it's only saved as a draft. It was never sent. That's probably a mistake on my lab manager's part. We've been ridiculously busy lately, and she may have just messed up when trying to reply. I will make sure she sends it out today. I apologize for the extra long delay.
