That's the label stock we use. It's a UV coated stock used with dye ink. Because the ink is deposited onto the UV coated film, it can feel sticky if your hands have moisture on them. The only way around that is to laminate the labels. However, for that you need an actual printing press. We could also try and go with pigment ink, but the colors don't reproduce nearly as well with pigment.
We use a professional label printing system, not a home printer. We could not do the glossy UV coated stock. However, then we give up color quality and UV resistance. We are working with the label stock manufacturer to help address it, though.
