Why is GHK-Cu so expensive?

GHK-Cu is a tripeptide composed from Glycine, Histidine and Lysine, in a copper complex.
I'm not a professional in organic chemistry, but why does it cost so much to just join 3 amino acids together? Compared to other peptides, the price of GHK-Cu is very high.

Totally unrelated, but how is melatonin selling? Are there any plans to bring a low-dose, time release version to the market (<1mg, 6-8 hrs)?

It is selling okay. Nothing crazy.
We are going to bring out a sleep stack with melatonin in it down the line. We might consider a time-release as well.
