Well, sooner or later is going to be full mainstream, we know that. To me it sucks, because I like the advantage of knowing nootropics, in the other hand, more consumers, more research, better products, better prices... Until governments start banning everything, I guess.

I don't think any of those things will come from it being more mainstream. It will just increase the risk, causing those of us trying to do it the right way to pull out. Then it will go back to sketchy living room vendors with no testing.
The general public are overly reactive idiots. The more people exposed to nootropics, the more likely some asshat is going to lobby the government to "protect the children." Won't someone think of the children?!? That's what the mainstream brings. That's what our future looks like. We'll all lose access to novel things under the guise of keeping us safe.
Even Nootrobox is using an ingredient on the FDA's shitlist. Vinpocetine is on the FDA watch list, due to Senator Claire McCaskill from Oregon, and her weird crusade against it. Yet they happily go on these interviews saying their products only containing FDA approved compounds. It's a game of Russian roulette. The wrong person sees it, bad things happen.
