best way to take ND/Nammex mushroom extract powders?

i know there are a lot of ppl here who take these powdered extracts and was wondering how you ingest them? powder to pill? water? yogurt or something like that?
maybe /u/nammex or /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb can suggest something?

Never heard of using V8. Sounds...interesting.

The mushroom powders mix well in the V8, and the spiciness really works with all the flavors. Make sure the V8 is cold, though.
